Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) matting is used in conjunction with crushed stone as a Foreign Object Debris (FOD) cover for rapid repair of damaged airfield pavements.
Built for Rapid Airfield Damage Repair (RADR) workflows, the FRP system is supported by purpose-built components that streamline field installation and anchoring. Through our partnership with AMS Industries, the anchoring system kits, tool kits, and grouting kits can be assembled and shipped as a turnkey system for ocean or air transport to end-user facilities worldwide.
The system is designed to support demanding operational requirements. AMS notes the FRP matting system is fully compliant with the most recent revision to Mil-PRF-XXXX (specification not yet published) and has qualified to ERDC First Article Testing protocols for both the United States Air Force and the United States Marine Corps.

ReadyMat presents a custom Tow Package designed to streamline the movement and handling of full FRP kits, purpose-built for these applications.
The Tow Package modifies the FRP shipping skid into a towable trailer, streamlining the relocation of the FRP Kit. Kits can be efficiently and swiftly transported from storage to runway without requiring supplementary trucks and trailers. This package includes swiveling castors, one tow bar, and all necessary lifting and attaching mechanisms.
