ReadyMat US provides hands-on training and technical support at airbases nationwide to help teams deploy FRP panel systems with confidence.

Training is led by retired U.S. Air Force personnel with real-world RADR experience and covers proper storage, handling, installation, and panel connection for safe, repeatable deployment.

ReadyMat US training programs equip your personnel with the skills required for successful deployment, storage, handling, installation, and connection of Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) panels, including toolkit and support equipment operation.

Our training aligns with United States Department of Defense Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) 3-270-07, section 2-3.2.1 (Annex D), and Mil-PRF-XXXX (specification not published to date).


 

Training Overview

Basic Training Course

Best practices for storage, staging, and handling that keep FRP panels and support equipment deployment-ready, including real-world considerations for day-to-day operations.

Storage & Handling

Gain expertise in unloading, staging, placing, aligning, connecting, and anchoring FRP panels for safe, repeatable field installation. Training includes proper use of handling beams for unloading and maneuvering, plus support tools and marker kits when required.

Preparatory Actions & Installation

Hands-on instruction on the tools and kits used to support installation and field operations, including connection methods, anchoring workflows, and equipment such as support tools, compressors, runway edge marker kits, and Distance-To-Go marker kits, as applicable to the mission and site conditions.

Learn minimal but essential repair and patching techniques to keep FRP panels in service and maintain readiness between deployments.


Repair & Maintenance

Support Materials: Receive a comprehensive training and technical manual covering key course topics, plus manufacturer documentation for support tools and ancillary equipment.



Hands-On Experience: Get practical training in unloading from shipping containers, transit and maneuvering techniques, loading and offloading, drop site preparation, and proper placement.


Storage Training: Prepare for proper warehousing and storage methods for FRP panels and support equipment, ensuring readiness for deployment and continued use.
