ReadyMat US offers comprehensive training and technical support services at airbases nationwide. Our training programs are designed to equip your personnel with the knowledge and skills required for the successful deployment, storage, handling, and connection of FRP (Fiber Reinforced Polymer) panels.

Our training courses are conducted by experienced ReadyMat US personnel and cover various essential topics. These courses combine classroom instruction with hands-on site training, ensuring your team is well-prepared for any deployment scenario. Our training programs adhere to the United States Department of Defense Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) 3-270-07 section 2-3.2.1 (see Annex D) and Mil-PRF-XXXX (specification not published to date).
 

Training Overview

Repair & Maintenance

Learn minimal but essential repair and patching techniques to keep FRP panels in service.

Gain expertise in unloading, moving, aligning, connecting, and anchoring FRP panels. Understand the use of handling beams, support tools, compressors, edge marker kits, and distance to marker go kits.

Preparatory Actions & Installation

Learn how to properly store and handle FRP panels and support equipment for short-term and long-term storage.

Storage & Handling

Learn minimal but essential repair and patching techniques to keep FRP panels in service.

Basic Training Course

Duration: Training sessions usually last one week.





Classroom Size: Our classes typically accommodate up to 12 participants, ensuring personalized attention.




Certification: After completing the training course, all attendees will undergo GO/NO GO testing and receive certification from ReadyMat US, validating their successful completion.



Support Materials: Receive a comprehensive training/technical manual and CD covering all aspects of the course, including manufacturer manuals for support tools and ancillary items.


Hands-On Experience: Get practical training in unloading from shipping containers, transit and maneuvering techniques, loading and offloading, drop site preparation, and proper placement.

Storage Training: Prepare for proper warehousing and storage methods for FRP panels and support equipment, ensuring they are ready for deployment and while in use.
